Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

مقدمه: اسینتوباکتر بومانی از مهمترین پاتوژن های بیمارستانی واکتسابی از جامعه می باشد که دربرابر بسیاری از آنتی بیوتیک ها مقاوم است. سیستم های توکسین-آنتی توکسین، سیستم های نظارتی نگهدارنده در باکتری ها هستند و به عنوان اهداف جدیدی برای درمان های ضد میکروبی درنظرگرفته شده اند. شیوع و رونویسی از این سیستم ها در ایزوله های بالینی هنوز ناشناخته است. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی سیستم توکسین-آنتی توکسین (mazEF، relBE و higBA) در اسینتوباکتر بومانی با مقاومت چنددارویی جدا شده از نمونه های بالینی است. مواد و روش ها: درمطالعه60 ایزوله از گونه های اسینتوباکتر از 255 نمونه بالینی جمع آوری شد. شناسایی اسینتوباکتر بومانی توسط تست های بیوشیمیایی اکسیداز، سیترات، SIM و TSI صورت گرفت. آزمون حساسیت ضد میکروبی با روش انتشاردیسک و روش PCR برای شناسایی ژن های سیستم توکسین-آنتی توکسین (mazEF، relBE و higBA) انجام شد. یافته ها: بیشترین مقاومت به آمپی سیلین (3/98 درصد) و کمترین مقاومت به کولیستین (35 درصد) بود. مقاومت بیش از90٪,در 12 آنتی بیوتیک از 15 آنتی بیوتیک مورد مطالعه مشاهده شد و از60 ایزوله، 34/98٪,نسبت به بیش از 8 آنتی بیوتیک مقاوم بودند و فقط یک نمونه به همه حساس بود. نسخه های mazEF، higBA و relBE تقریبا در نیمی از ایزوله های اسینتوباکتر بومانی مورد مطالعه وجود داشت. در همه نمونه ها، بیش از 80٪,ایزوله ها حاوی هر یک از ژنهای mazEF، higBA و relBE نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های آزمایش شده مقاوم بودند(به استثنای کولیستین که تقریبا 40٪,بود). فراوانی ژن هایmazEF، higBA و relBE به ترتیب 24 (40 ٪, )، 32 (53. 33 ٪, )، 35 (53. 33 ٪, ) بود. 6 ایزوله (10 ٪, ) برای هر سه ژن منفی بود. نتیجه گیری: مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی چشمگیری در بین ایزوله های مورد بررسی دیده شد. بر اساس وجود سیستم های TA در نیمی از ایزوله های اسینتوباکتر بومانی این سیستم ها می توانند به عنوان یک هدف جدید برای درمان ضد میکروبی استفاده شوند.

Abstract: 

مقدمه: Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) موجب عفونت های متعددی در افراد مستعد می شود و با توجه به مقاومت آن به آنتی بیوتیک ها، عوارض و مرگ و میر بالایی ایجاد می کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر ادجوانتی نانوذرات سلنیوم (SeNPs) برای تولید واکسنی موثر برای پیشگیری و کاهش عوارض MRSAانجام شد. روش ها: در ساخت واکسن، از پروتیین اتولیزین نوترکیب که به وسیله ی IPTG بیان و با استفاده از Ni-NTA کروماتوگرافی تخلیص شد، استفاده گردید. برای افزایش اثربخشی واکسن از ادجوانت SeNps تولید شده به روش سنتتیک و بیوژنیک، در کنار ادجوانت آلوم استفاده و چهار گروه از موش های Balb/c به صورت زیرجلدی در سه دوز مورد تلقیح قرار گرفتند. میزان IgG کل، IgG1 و IgG2a با الایزا بررسی شد. همچنین موش های مورد آزمایش با دوز 5×108cfu مورد چالش باکتریایی قرار گرفته و میزان بقاء آن ها در مدت 30 روز تعیین شد. یافته ها: IgG کل در گروه دریافت کننده ی اتولیزین نوترکیب و نانوسلنیوم سنتتیک و گروه دریافت کننده ی اتولیزین نوترکیب و نانوسلنیوم بیوژنیک بالاتر از گروه شاهد بود. IgG1 و IgG2a در دو گروه اشاره شده نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش نشان داد. همچنین میزان بقاء موش های ایمن شده پس از چالش باکتریایی بالاتر از گروه شاهد بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد نانوسلنیوم سنتتیک و بیوژنیک به عنوان ادجوانت کمکی همراه با پروتیین اتولیزین نوترکیب، موجب ارتقاء ایمنی همورال در مقابله با MRSA می شود.

Abstract: 

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of effective school-based self-control skill training on increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy of male students of the first secondary level.Method: This research is a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included male students of the first secondary school in Qom city, 30 students were selected using the available sampling method and divided into two groups of 15 people completely randomly. Students in the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of the school-based self-control training program, and the control group did not receive training. Before and after the implementation of the intervention, both groups were evaluated using the psychological hardiness scale of Lang and Goulet (2003) and the self-efficacy scale of children and adolescents (SEQ-C). The data was analyzed using spss-22 software and through repeated measures analysis of variance test.Findings: The results showed that school-based self-control skill training has a significant effect on increasing students' psychological hardiness and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Conclusion: The findings of the present study indicated that school-based self-control skill training can be an effective intervention in increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy in students.

Abstract: 

An overview on research literature shows that addiction is considered as one of the most important factors threatening social welfare and security which increases crime and risky (dangerous) behaviors and disturbs social security. Accordingly, the present research aims to examine the role of anger control training in making adolescence resistant against addiction. The research sample included 30 high school students who were selected using cluster sampling method. Then, the students were randomly assigned into two groups (experimental and control groups). The experimental group received 12 sessions (two sessions per week) anger control training program. Then post-test assessments were made in both groups. State-trait anger expression inventory (STAXI-2) and Iranian Addiction Preparation Scale (IAPS) were applied to assess the variables. Analyzing the data clearly showed the effectiveness of anger control training in addiction preparation reduction. So, in comparison to the pretest and control group which didn't receive any interventions, the experimental group that received anger control training program showed significant decrease in addiction preparation scores. So, by adopting such training approaches in children and adolescents, we might be able to take an important step in drug abuse and addiction prevention in this population.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of short term simultaneous creatine and resistant training program supplementation on non-competitive athletes’ power to perform bench press. For this reason, 24 non-competitive students took part in this study volunterily from university of Kurdistan.Maximal power of bench press of the subjects as well as their weights were measured through the pre-test. Then the subjects were divided into two groups of creatine (12 persons) and placebo (12 persons) randomly.Both groups trained under a resistant program using the same facility and condition for six days. The only difference was that the creatine group took estimately 20gr creatine mono Hydrate in a day (0.3 gr for each kg of body weight), but the placebo group took 5gr wheat flour (apparently similar to creatine).After passing six days maximal power of bench press of the subjects and their weights were measured by a post - test in the same condition of pre-test.The data was analyzed by using independent T and dependent T tests. The results showed: - The short term simultaneous creatine and resistant training program supplementation had no effects on the subjects’ power of bench press (P=0.082).- One phase of short term selected resistant training program had no effects on the subjects’ power of bench press (P=0.082).- There was no significant difference between the power of bench press of subjects belonging to creatine and placebo groups (P=1).- The short term simultaneous creatine and resistant training program supplementation had an effect on the subjects’ weight (P=0.000).- One phase of short term selected resistant training program had an effect on the subject’s weight (P=0.013).- There was a significant difference between the subjects’ weight belonging to creatine and placebo groups (P=0.005).

Abstract: 

AbstractPurpose: The velocity of change in the surrounding world has forced them to identify those factors which impact their change capacity. The present study was conducted to identify and prioritize influential factors on organizational change capacity.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this was explorative and applied research. Its population included ten familiar experts with research subjects in a research and training center. By reviewing the literature on change capacity, relevant, influential factors were identified, and they were concurred by the fuzzy Delphi technique, and then they were ranked. After recognizing influential factors, a pair comparisons questionnaire was distributed among ten experts, and after gathering the questionnaires, effecting factors were ranked using the Expert Choice11 Software package and AHP technique.Findings: Results show that organizational culture, structure, and style of leadership were the main factors that impacted change capacity.Conclusion: The influential factors can be divided into three categories: environmental, content, and structural elements. Environmental factors include environment and innovation; content factors include team working, intellectual capital, leadership, political behavior, and human resource management; Structural elements include strategy, structure, organizational policies, information technology, knowledge management, and technology. Value: This is the first time in the literature that the influential variables affecting the change capacity were recognized and categorized in a conceptual classification that has not been seen in the previous research.

Abstract: 

Background: Non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) is one of the common gastrointestinal disorders considered as a psychosomatic disorder. The effectiveness of psychological intervention in improving symptoms of this disease remains unclear. The objective of this study was to assess the effects of add-on stress management training on symptoms of NUD.Materials and Methods: In a randomized clinical trial, 28 consecutive patients with treatment-resistant NUD were selected from referrals to Noor Hospital, Isfahan and they were randomly assigned to the intervention group or the control group. The intervention group received a usual care plus a 7-session stress management training while the control group received a usual care plus psychological placebo. All patients were assessed by the Global Overall Symptoms (GDS) scale, Cooper Stress Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory and Cattell Anxiety Inventory at pretreatment and three weeks after treatment. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data.Results: The results of covariance showed significant differences between the two groups in the Global Overall Symptoms (GDS) scale (F=8.39, p<0.0007), Cooper Stress Inventory (F=10.8, p<0.003), Beck Depression Inventory (F=12.87, p<0.001) and Cattell Anxiety Inventory (F=11.031, p<0.003). Conclusion: Globally, the findings proved that combination of psychological intervention-based stress reduction plus routine medical care would be the successful approach in treating symptoms of NUD.

Abstract: 

One of the consequences of aging is reduced testosterone and IGF-1, which can lead to muscular atrophy and motor weakness in the elderly. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of resistance training with tribulus supplementation on plasma levels of testosterone and IGF-1 in elderly men. 44 elderly men (mean age: 64± 2. 80 yrs) were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups (each group 11 subjects): resistance training + supplementation (ES), resistance training + placebo (EP), resistance training and control. The training groups performed resistance training protocol for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week. ES group used 1250 mg of tribulus supplementation per day. ELIZA method was used to measure biochemical parameters and ANCOVA was used for data analysis. The results showed a significant difference between the ES group and the other groups in the testosterone and glucose variables (P<0. 001). In other groups, there was no significant difference in these variables. There was no significant difference in IGF-1 and BMI among the groups. Finally, the findings of this study showed that tribulus supplementation along with resistance training could increase the testosterone level in the elderly men and reduce blood glucose level.

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of training courses held for teachers based on the Kirkpatrick model. The research population is all the people who participated in the mentioned training courses and finally, 123 people who participated in the courses during 2013-2014 were selected as a sample through simple random sampling method. This research is descriptive in terms of data collection, practical in terms of purpose, and evaluation in terms of function. To collect information in the first level, the reaction level evaluation form was used, and in the second and third levels, a questionnaire was used to evaluate learning and behavior. One-sample t-test was used to analyze the obtained data. The findings of the research indicated that there was no optimal effectiveness in all four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and results, and the main reasons for this were the failure to conduct a needs assessment for the mentioned courses, and the lack of mastery of the professors of the courses. The content and method of teaching, lack of attention and correct criteria to attract the professors of the courses, lack of motivation in the teachers to participate effectively in the courses and attend only to receive certificates and degrees, and lack of attention to useful and practical content in the courses.
